Terms of use
These terms govern use of pickturn, provided by Wendell Labs, LLC and currently in beta.
Using pickturn
pickturn lets organizers configure sign-ups, applications, ordered selections and schedules. Provide accurate information, have authority to act for the organization or participant you represent, and protect your invitation links and access codes.
Selections and event rules
Organizers control their inventory, eligibility, turn order, availability and event-specific terms. An application, verification, admission or waiting-list position does not guarantee inventory. A selection is confirmed only when the service records successful confirmation; a preview or pending request is not a reservation.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must have authority to offer their inventory and accurately describe their event. They are responsible for fulfillment, participant communications, permissions and applicable obligations. Event terms cannot override platform access or allocation controls, or rights that applicable law does not permit parties to waive.
Content and acceptable use
Submit only information and files you have authority to provide. Do not upload malicious or unlawful content, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents. Do not seek unauthorized access or interfere with other organizations. You permit Wendell Labs to host, process and display submitted content as needed to provide the service under its configured visibility. Published files can be copied by others.
Beta status and pricing
The service is currently in beta. Pricing is coming soon; paid plans and live online payments are not available. These terms establish no subscription price, renewal commitment or platform fee. Any future paid offering will present its pricing and applicable terms before purchase.
Service availability and changes
Beta features may change, and uninterrupted availability or a particular allocation outcome is not guaranteed. Authorized organizer changes can affect an event and its selections. We may restrict use to address material misuse or security issues or comply with law. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Privacy and support
Our Privacy policy explains how the service handles information. Organizers are responsible for their own notices and use of event information. Contact your organizer for event and inventory questions; contact us for platform support. These terms apply when the beta website is published. Material updates will be communicated as required by applicable law.
